Stephanie Schuler, a rising Senior in the Entrepreneurship Minor at UNC, is making an impact in counties in Eastern North Carolina through HOPE: Accounts for Women, a community-based obesity and empowerment program for overweight and obese, low-income and minority women in four rural counties.
